I've been reading your blog reviews regularly for quite a while now, and have just realised who it was that I recognised in the bar in the interval!

I agree about the play - a tad long, certainly, but very entertaining. Apparently it was already cut quite considerably during previews. I did think that Wade perhaps not surprisingly wrote the 'poor people', particularly the landlord and his daughter, just slightly more convincingly (confidently?) than the 'posh boys', but it's a minor point.
